The project is a wide area communication system, Comprising of 12 sites interlink by Digital Microwave, centrally controlled at Riyadh. The system is composed of three sub-systems normally IMTS System, Despatch System and Paging System. The main objective of theSystem is to provide V.V.I.P's the secure mobile communications and communications to security personnel in addition to a complete control and all time contact through paging. The system is interconnected to other systems in the Kingdom.

The system is the biggest ever built single exchange Operated mobile system.

- BORDER GUARD ( 1997-2000) 7.55 Million S.R
The Border Guard communication System a very wide Area UHF system which operates at the Kingdom Borders. It is to provide communication to Border Guard Forces so keep in touch with the Mobiles at Petrol Duty and sector headquarters as well as Riyadh Headquarters. The repeaters sites are interconnected through UHF links. The maintenance workshops are located at provincial headquarters and Riyadh Headquarter. The preventive/schedule maintenance is performed on site by mobile team.
