In 1997, MOSECO had decided to expand its Medical Division to cope with the increasingly continuous growth in the medical services rendered to both, Nationals and expatriates ; the Medical & Surgical Supplies Division (MSSD) had been established. Professional sales staff had been recruited to operate thru three branches in Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam, & lately in Abha (southern province), to cover all regions in Saudi Arabia.

Importing of many disposables items, surgical & diagnostic instruments, rehabilitation sundries, x-ray accessories, & Hospital furniture had been the first step in compliance with the market day-to-day demands ; MOSECO had created its own registered brand name "Hospicare" under which most of the disposable items had been being imported from worldwide.

The 2nd step was the acquiring of sole representation of several manufacturers to protect our sales & marketing efforts ; MOSECO succeeded to gain the exclusive sole distributorship for the products of the following Mfrs.
